Dont waste your money. This is super complicated and doesnt work properly. If you call apple customer service they will be able to tell you how to back up your text messages and everything. Seriously Dont waste your money and time on this...

Take a moment to learn this application works like but I am very happy with it. With the optional backup and custom filters, this application really useful for me.

After spending many hours late into the night trying to set up my computer to allow this app to communicate with it, I gave up. I found a different app which requires no additional hackery. All of these methods require that you backup your messages onto iTunes without encryption. Do that. Then find an app or program for your COMPUTER. Dont waste time with iPhone apps for this purpose. They do not make the process quicker. It took me only a few minutes to complete the process with the other program and I didnt have to do any fancy stuff. All Im saying is keep looking for another method. iPhone apps just make a simple process extra confusing.

My reason for the poor rating is that First the App on Iphone asks the ip address or computer name, Username and Password. Not at all friendly. Why cant it be exported right to phone????? Second the PC resident app that you can download is easy to use after backing up the Iphone to itunes on the PC. The problem is again that I assumed that it would export an excel file. Not at all clear when purchasing. I had planned on exporting then moving to file to a friends computer that has excel or use the free excel viewer from Microsoft. In fact this app requires that you have excel installed even to do the export. There are two possibilites the developer is unable to communicate clearly what is required before purchasing or is just misleading people. Either was a horrible experience.

I love this app. The app is very simple to use. You can export your text messages using this app. Highly recommend this app!

The app did work, but was not very user-friendly and required some troubleshooting to get up and running. I was suspicious that it might be a scam at first, given the credentials it asked for and the fact that it requires you to download third-party software on your computer, but it does exactly what it says it will. Probably not worth $4, but not too bad!

I always want to backup my sms into one file, i was searching a lot for finding great app. With this app i can export all my sms into one xls format file and save it. thanks!!

Pretty cool.I regularly restore firmware on my iPhone so backing up important data is necessary and important to me.This app meets all my requirements.I find it really useful,convenient and easy to use.I can easily save my messages in excel format into my PC and browsing and search is very easy because of clear interface.It works great for me.Highly recommend.

Followed the directions, wasted two hours. Gave up and purchased iExplorer instead. Got that up-and-running in 5 minutes. Wish I could get a refund since this was a total waste.

I also wasted much time and money. Didnt know I had to be a software engineer to get this to work!! Dont waste your money. IExplorer was soooo easy!!

This app does not work for iPhones after countless hours trying to download from three different computers, I could not get this application to work. I even worked with their IT department several times to help me. Was unable to get any text messages to export waste of time and money!

Could not. Could NOT get to work!! Would not load. Would not sync. Save your money. Unbelievably complicated!
