This app will Ask for your PC IP login and password. This is unacceptable to me.

I had tried everything according the boring instructions but that app doesnt work! I want my money back!!!!

Many and complicated steps to Save your texts and the first thing the app asks for is IP address, ID and password of your computer! Mad who passes this on to an unknown app provider!! App doesnt work. It sends you in circles and step one doesnt work. Dont waste your time or money.

The App works great to export and email messages in Excel spreadsheet but the time is off for daylight savings. For example, the time on my phone for the message says 6:30 pm but the exported message says 7:30 pm during daylight savings time. Please fix so that it exports the time that is the same as on my phone as this is a problem when intending to use the export for legal matters.

Needed this to try and pin point the day I said I love you to my girlfriend and was able to find the exact text of after I said it (said it in person ;) of course!) thank you!!

Once I got the app up and working it was awesome and backed up all my text messages then allowed me to export the ones I needed to an excel spreadsheet. The key to this and the reason Im giving 4 stars and not 5 was it was a pain to figure out how to get this to work because the default method instructions werent helpful at all. I finally went to the help section where I found they had a companion app that I could install on my laptop then all I needed to do was sync my phone in itunes locally to my computer and launch the app. Once the app was launched I could sort my messages and then choose which contact I wanted downloaed to Excel. Like I said the app is awesome, once I figured out how to get the thing working.

I like to use this application. Its very magical. SMS can be transferred to a computer. Its use is very convenient. SMS can be saved in XLS file format. Function of this application is very powerful.

I really like this SMS backup tool. SMS XLS format and saved into the computer. This software is very safe. I can very safely use.

Crashes when I try to export. Won’t do anything.

Working from an iPhone, I followed all the instructions to the letter, and I am not technologically-challenged. I am a little concerned that this app is fraudulent, based on the info it wanted, but I trusted the Apple App Store. Im deleting this worthless app.

This does not work. At. All. I followed the instructions, read the help section, and the FAQs. Now Im worried I was scammed and/or hacked. SMH. I trusted the App Store but it all seems shady to me.

I used this app and thought it worked. Then the app and my email app started having problems and freezing, minimizing, and finally becoming unusable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP!! It needs a lot of work.

I really like this very practical message backup software, you can back up all I need to transfer messages to a computer storage device format Excel.

Wasted my money to buy this product, it does not work at all. Did all the instructions and besides being a pain to do all the steps, it still did not work. Dont waste y your money on this.
