Poorly Documented

My reason for the poor rating is that First the App on Iphone asks the ip address or computer name, Username and Password. Not at all friendly. Why cant it be exported right to phone????? Second the PC resident app that you can download is easy to use after backing up the Iphone to itunes on the PC. The problem is again that I assumed that it would export an excel file. Not at all clear when purchasing. I had planned on exporting then moving to file to a friends computer that has excel or use the free excel viewer from Microsoft. In fact this app requires that you have excel installed even to do the export. There are two possibilites the developer is unable to communicate clearly what is required before purchasing or is just misleading people. Either was a horrible experience.
